1. Our 30-Day Return Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our equipment. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days from the date you signed for the reception of the tractor to initiate a return.

2. One-Year Warranty

Every tractor sold by Farm Tractor Market includes a One-Year Warranty of Good Operation from the date of receipt. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures in standard function under normal operating conditions. This warranty is independent of the 30-day return period.

3. Initiating a Return (30-Day Window)

To initiate a return within the 30-day period, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us by Email: Send an email to  info@farmtractormarket.com with the subject line: “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”.

2. Provide Information: In the email, state:

   • Your full name and contact information.

   • The tractor’s make, model, and serial number.

   • The reason for the return (you may return the tractor even without a stated reason).

3. Wait for Authorization: Do not ship or arrange transport for the tractor until you receive confirmation and instructions from us.

4. Return Condition and Inspection

The tractor must be returned in the exact condition in which you received and signed for it.

• Upon Delivery: When you receive the tractor, you must inspect the equipment thoroughly and sign the reception document to confirm its condition.

• Final Inspection: Before we approve the final return, we will dispatch an Authorized Technical Specialist to inspect the tractor at its location.

• Approval: If the tractor passes the inspection and is approved for return, we will proceed with the collection.

5. Cost of Return Shipping 

We provide a clear policy regarding the cost of return:

• Approved Returns: If the return is approved by our Authorized Technical Specialist, Farm Tractor Market will take back the tractor at NO COST TO THE CLIENT. We will cover the full cost of collection and return transport.

6. Negotiation and Exceptions

If, upon inspection, the tractor is NOT in the exact condition in which you received and signed for it (e.g., due to damage, unauthorized modifications, or excessive use beyond a test drive), we reserve the right to negotiate the terms of the return.

• This negotiation may result in:

  • A partial refund to cover the necessary repairs or depreciation.

  • A rejection of the return if the damage is severe.

7. Refund Processing

Once the tractor has been inspected, collected, and returned to our facility, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days.
